Itinerary Overview: 1) AMALGAM Fitness Introduction a. Mission statement: To bring traditional and modern styles of fitness together as one in order to forge your ideal body and mind and making your dream self a reality. b. General overview of what the company is trying to accomplish within the cosplay community and with overall fitness 2) Begin presentation using PowerPoint and talk about the different points of fitness and a quick personal history. a. Will explain what fitness is and show my "before and after" transformation as a motivator in order to show that anyone can achieve their goals even with a cosplay hobby. b. Will continue on to explain different ways on which physical fitness and wellness can be attained including workout and dieting tips as well as the importance of nutrition in regards to gettin results. 3) Will explain different body types and different builds for the human anatomy. a. Will go into detail on different characters archetypes and their builds b. Explain what are physically and legally healthy goals for a certain individual of a specific body type to attain. i.e. an ectomorph trying to have a body like Haggar is impossible without the use of steroids or at least 50 years of training. 4) Will do a live demonstration of different types of exercises with different levels of fitness including beginners. 5) Q & A session for the audience to ask about anything they would like to specifically discuss. 6) Conclude with words of thanks and a friendly reminder to visit my site or find me on FB for more fitness info and tips.
